Each day has a clear rhythm. Here's how the five days unfold:

Day 1

Arrival & Grounding

Settle in, grounding practice, opening circle. Meet the group and set intentions.

Day 2

Opening & Practice

Morning flow, guided reflection, free afternoon for rest or exploring the surroundings.

Day 3

Deep Work

Deep practice session, nature walk through Tuscan hills, group dialogue in the evening.

Day 4

Integration

Integration work, personal reflection time, closing practice to consolidate the experience.

Day 5

Closing & Departure

Final morning session, sharing circle, departure with tools and clarity.
